[jira] [Resolved] (PDFBOX-1673) Tests with selection of files from
Adobe Acrobat Engineering website
Tilman Hausherr resolved PDFBOX-1673.
-------------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
[~johanvanderknijff] I'm setting this one to resolved as many exceptions have been solved, the output if you'd do a new test would likely be a different one. The poor quality of the preflight error messages is being worked on in PDFBOX-1675. If you feel that something from the blog post isn't being taken care of, please open a new issue or mention it in an existing issue that "fits".

> Not sure if this is useful, but I spent some time analyzing a bunch of test PDFs from the Adobe Acrobat Engineering website, including a comparison with Adobe's Preflight component. See following blog post (which contains links to both data and raw analysis results):

> Needless to say the focus of this work is something Preflight wasn't really designed for, but perhaps this is nevertheless useful.
