{{AESPrivateKeyObfuscator.generateInitializationVector()}} inherited from {{AbstractPrivateKeyObfuscator}} produces IVs of length {{keyLength / Byte.SIZE}}.

This works only for AES 128, but not for AES 192 or AES 256. The IV length for AES is 16.
