flink1.14哪种运行模式不必一个job最少需要1vcore

hi, guys:
    flink1.14目前有哪种运行模式(standalone\yarn\k8s等)是不必一个job最少需要1vcore的，比如我只有10vcore想要运行100个job。
    如果能支持，需要进行怎么样的设置。
