Harsh, As I mentioned affected version as 0.23 and problem exists in 0.23 version. This is still problem and cannot be closed as "Not A Problem".

Hello Devaraj,
JobTracker isn't gonna exist as an active, supported component in 0.23+ with the inclusion of v2 in it. Please see MAPREDUCE-2736
Unsure about 0.22 needing this though - I suppose if 0.22 is affected (sorry, don't have the bandwidth to test against that version too), it can be kept opened with 0.22 as target.
