licencing (LGPL+AL)
Hello
I developing project combining two technologies: one (JADE)
LGPL-covered and second (Log4j) Apache Lincence-covered.
I've created the class which contains fragments of code from both:
Log4j and JADE. These fragments alone has no sense and are useless, so
I cannot seperate them.
In what a way can I distribute my code in a legal way ? Should I point
which license is for which lines of the code ?
Hope you could help me,
Maciej

Are you distributing it or is it for your own private use? If the
latter, then it doesn't matter. The licenses only apply if you
distribute. If you are distributing, then I suspect the license will
have to be a dual license to respect both. Of course, the Apache
licensing is pretty unproblematic. It's almost a free-for-all with
few restrictions, not even requiring enhancement to be submitted back
to the original project. You'll have to verify what you need to do
for LGPL. I suggest reading the FAQ's at the FSF.org site and/or
pinging them with a specific question.
