missing Cocoon.xml (Cocoon status page)

Hi, 

I've set up Cocoon under Tomcat 3.1 and can serve the
Cocoon homepage using http://localhost:8080/cocoon/

I can also view the samples index page and all of the
samples by following links from the homepage but if I
try to go to the "Cocoon Status Page"
http://localhost:8080/cocoon.xml I get a 404 error
(not found).

Is this file missing from the 1.7.3 distribution?
