Follow-up to r1649041: Rename a local type that matched our global pattern
back to its original.

* subversion/libsvn_fs_x/noderevs.c
  (binary_svn_fs_x__representation_t): Rename back to ...
  (binary_representation_t): ... this.
  (svn_fs_x__noderevs_t,
   svn_fs_x__noderevs_create,
   store_representation,
   get_representation,
   write_reps,
   read_reps): Update uses and docstrings.
