> 1. Start NB with a clean user dir
> 2. Go to Tool | Plugins
> 3. Active Java SE
> 4. Install nb-javac plugin when prompted
> 5. OPen a Java project
> 6. Tools|Options|Fonts&Colors|Annotations
> 7. Change any settings for any of the categories
> 8. Press Apply button
