sample file can repro this bug

Build: 
AOO3.4.1_r1369843

Steps:
1. Open sample file. (including filter and shape, the anchor of shape is to
cell.)
2. Click on filter button and select "1" from dropdown list.

Defect:
The drawing obj move up to row 1, it should be hidden.
