You cant connect because you dont have an account on that VM, having checked you have never asked for an account on that VM.
I may be misreading, but saying you can't connect implies you already think you have an acct there.
If you would like an acct please upload a public ssh key to svn.apache.org/repos/infra/infrastructure/trunk/ssh_keys/people/erwan.pub.
