[I] [Bug] [Module Name] Bug title bash install-plugins.sh 3.3.1 javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed [dolphinscheduler]

   执行bash install-plugins.sh 3.3.1报错，报错信息：

   另外，默认情况下，是不是不需要修改conf/plugins_config文件的插件列表，我只需要单机部署，同时用mysql做持久化。

   执行bash install-plugins.sh 3.3.1报错

   Execute bash install-plugins.sh 3.3.1 and an error message is reported:

   In addition, by default, there is no need to modify the plug-in list of the conf/plugins_config file. I only need to deploy it on a single machine and use mysql for persistence.

   我装了https://repo.maven.apache.org/的证书也不行，制作证书root.crt，并且借助jdk安装了证书
