TableSnapshotInputFormat#getLen() incorrectly returns 0 for valid snapshot partitions.This zero return value triggers Spark's empty-partition filtering (enabled by default in SPARK-34809, introduced via SPARK-22233), causing Spark to ignore valid HBase snapshot splits during job execution.
