Hi there, the Apache CouchDB PMC would like access to the code signing service for its Windows CouchDB releases. (Our primary release artefact is a UNIX tarfile; sadly, this cannot be signed by the service, correct?)

We'd like access to both the web-based GUI and the SOAP API if you please. 

Joan Touzet (@wohali) will be acting as the Windows release manager, with Dave Cottlehuber (@dch) and Jan Lenhardt (@janl) as backup. All three are PMC members.
