Right now, f we enable keep containers across application attempts and the driver fails on an unhandled exception, the driver actively closes all its evaluators, losing the purpose of keeping evaluators across application attempts. It should be fixed such that the driver does not shut down its evaluators if the user has enabled multiple application attempts.
