MakeDoc fails (Win32)

MakeDoc on Win32 with the following output:

The problem is that (I believe) the current task class file (Fop.java in
./lib) has not been updated.
It currently uses Parser rather than XMLReader, when I fixed
(unfortunately I have not commited the change) this it was able to work
properly.
For the xml-docs I think there may also be some other problem as well.
