The default output view provider has its [immediate flag set to True|https://github.com/apache/airavata-django-portal/blob/master/django_airavata/apps/api/output_views.py#L22] which causes it to load every output file when loading the experiment summary. However, the default output view provider doesn't do anything with the loaded files since it only provides download links to the output files. So it is wasted effort to load the output files this way.
