Webapp problems with CVS version

We developed our current homepage with forrest 0.5.1.

Today I made a checkout from cvs repository to get latest changes of 
forrest. With this version we are not able to build a webapp including 
all the jars from cocoon. Additionally our own classes, libs and 
cocoon.xconf are not moved to WEB-INF folder when we do a

forrest webapp

Can you give me any hints what we have to change in our project to meet 
the latest changes in forrest?
