new IRC channel : #apache-ant-dev

Hi,

I have setup experimentally a new IRC channel #apache-ant-dev

The idea is to have informal/exploratory discussions on IRC among ant 
committers and ant contributors.

We have discussed this on the private email list, several people prefer 
to keep most discussions on the mailing lists.

Maybe IRC can complement the mailing lists to ask quick howto questions 
or exploratory questions
