[I] Add unit test coverage for WorkflowWorker [texera]

   `org.apache.texera.amber.engine.architecture.worker.WorkflowWorker` (amber engine) is only ~40% line-covered on Codecov, and several actor paths have no unit test:
   
   - `handleBackpressure` — enqueuing an `ActorCommandElement`
   - `handleActorCommand` — the (currently unwired) actor-command path
   - `handleTriggerClosure` — driven by a `MainThreadDelegateMessage`
   - `preRestart` — teardown
   - `loadFromCheckpoint` — the checkpoint-restore path
   
   These are all exercisable as plain-JVM Pekko TestKit tests (no Python worker, Arrow Flight, or live storage), reusing the existing `WorkerSpec` harness.
   
   Part of the amber unit-test coverage push toward 80% ([Codecov](https://app.codecov.io/gh/apache/texera)).
