   i followed the steps and got a language pack for Turkish, but it's just for testing at the moment. i can't find an active link for Slack. Could you help?

   If you mean that you cannot see the full translation meaning it's _partial_ that's probably because the translations are out of date and not everything is translated. 
   
   If it's that the language is _not changing at all_ then there may be a bug.

   Yes!  See this documentation: https://superset.apache.org/docs/contributing/translations/  I don't see an existing directory for Turkish `tr` so you could start adding translations for it by following those steps, then submitting a pull request.
