Request for approval to move pages.

Dear keepers of JSPWiki

I require your approval of my actions (move wiki's pages into new categories).

Following relates of pages of https://jspwiki-wiki.apache.org/

At this stage some restructuring of information of Wiki is required. Page 'Category.Documentation' is owerloaded.
I suggest to streamline composition of the Wiki pages a little: to place the corresponding pages in new categories.
New categories list:

After that the page 'Category.Documentation' will contain list of 30 links.
Also Wiki will have about 112 pages for the following review of their contents.

PS: At this moment - almost everything contents of pages of jspwiki-wiki.apache.org are translated into Russian. (except pages about persons). You can see this at URL: http://techinfo.zone/JSPWiki_ru/
The following step - the translation of names of pages into Russian.
For this purpose provider of pages is required, which use a database. (because of a mangling of names of pages in UTF8 - too long names are made for OS for russian language, for page provider based on file).
I managed to realize successfully provider of pages for MySQL on the basis of a code from the previous versions of Wiki (yet locally)...
