Getting Proxy Authentication

Is there anyway to get NTCredentials from the users PC. 
 
I tested it using a simple dialog and requested the username and
password, but now I'm trying to 
Automate the procedure I find it is not possible to get the users
details from the browser.

There should be a way to obtain NT credentials using Windows native
calls through RMI. I personally do not know exactly which API can be
used, so unless someone comes up with more detailed info on the subject
the only thing I can do is to refer you to Microsoft resources such as
MSDN site
