Troubles with MSDEV VC6.0 sp4

Please help!!!
I've use MCDEV VC6.0 SP4 (Win32)
So any executable sample obtained over archive from your site
Xalan-C_1_0-win32.zip - works properly. But when I recompile them these
causes unhandled exception. Here is stack of starting
"SimpleTransformation.exe"
