serserver-config.wsdd

Hello,
i am using Axis 1.3 and Tomcat 4.1

What is the function of the serserver-config.wsdd file ?
My bean mapping still at serserver-config.wsdd file despite of  undeploying
my web service. Why?


here is my undeployment.wsdd file

<undeployment xmlns="http://xml.apache.org/axis/wsdd/">
<service name="OTA"/>
</undeployment>

please help me ?
