Superset 2.0 release cut

Hey everyone,

I’m writing to inform you that we cut the 2.0 release branch <https://github.com/apache/superset/tree/2.0> today and we’ll be monitoring the codebase for one week to include essential fixes before releasing RC1. 

Here’s the current list <https://github.com/apache/superset/pulls?q=is:pr+label:v2.0+> of cherries for 2.0. We’re actively monitoring the commits and adding v2.0 labels.

2.0 is coming!
