hold the bucket lock in StaticBucketMap compound operations

StaticBucketMap inherits the java.util.Map default methods unchanged, so putIfAbsent, compute, computeIfAbsent, computeIfPresent, merge, remove(key, value), replace and getOrDefault release the bucket monitor between their nested get and put calls and lose concurrent updates on a map documented as thread-safe. Override them to run the inherited default inside the bucket lock.
