[INFO] Karaf Cave and Karaf WebConsole promoted as Karaf sub-projects

Hi all,

I promoted Cave and WebConsole as "official" Karaf sub-projects.

The new SVN locations are:

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/karaf/cave/
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/karaf/webconsole/

I updated Jira with the corresponding components.
I will create a ticket for the infra to create a git repo.

The Jenkins and Sonar will be created beginning of the next week.
