I think these should be the same.
For the latest Jackrabbit 2.0 beta API, I think there is nothing only
yet, but you can download the javadoc maven jar and extract it for
local use (or in Eclipse/your favorite IDE):
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/jackrabbit/jackrabbit-core/2.0-beta4/jackrabbit-core-2.0-beta4-javadoc.jar

Thanks.
Actually, I found another jcr2.0 javadoc hosted by day.com:
http://www.day.com/maven/javax.jcr/javadocs/jcr-2.0
I am not sure whether it is the same (in terms of content) as the one
you mentioned (http://www.day.com/maven/jsr170/javadocs/jcr-2.0/).
Maybe jackrabbit developer can answer this question.

I'm not sure there is any yet, when we look at this :
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/api/
1.6 is the last one.
Personnaly, I use the Jackrabbit 1.6.0 API with the JCR 2.0 API here :
http://www.day.com/maven/jsr170/javadocs/jcr-2.0/
Maybe you could try generating javadoc from jackrabbit 2.0 sources.
I'm not sure everything is documented though.
Hope this helps.
