Stepping down from Whimsy PMC

Hi Team,

I don’t have enough time to contribute to Whimsy like I should.

I am tendering my resignation from the PMC. I will of course
try to help and I love Whimsy so don’t take this as anything other
than cleaning up my LDAP perms.

Should Sam be elected to the Whimsy chair, here is his first action :)
