[PR] docs: fix "custome-dashboard" image typo to "custom-dashboard" [ozhera]

### Ⅰ. Describe what this PR did
Renames the two misspelled dashboard screenshots in the custom-tracking docs from `custome-dashboard` to `custom-dashboard` and updates all references:
- `images/custome-dashboard.png` → `images/custom-dashboard.png`
- `images/custome-dashboard2.png` → `images/custom-dashboard2.png`
Updated the 4 markdown references (alt text + path) in `custom-tracking.md` and `custom-tracking_cn.md`.
### Ⅱ. Does this pull request fix one issue?
fixes #687
### Ⅲ. Why don't you add test cases (unit test/integration test)?
Documentation asset rename + reference update; nothing to test.
### Ⅳ. Describe how to verify it
Open `custom-tracking.md` / `custom-tracking_cn.md` and confirm the two dashboard images still render (paths now point at `custom-dashboard*.png` which exist). Grep to confirm no `custome-dashboard` token remains.
### Ⅴ. Special notes for reviews
`custome` is not a word; the section describes the **custom** monitoring dashboard, so `custom` is the intended name.
