### Current Behavior
Our service often experiences insufficient memory leading to restarts. After dumping memory, it was found that the majority of content consists of strings from the access.log. Hence, it is speculated that the OOM (Out of Memory) issue is caused by the logs.

### Environment
- APISIX version (3.7):
- Operating system (run `uname -a`):
- OpenResty / Nginx version (run `openresty -V` or `nginx -V`):
- etcd version, if relevant (run `curl http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info`):
- APISIX Dashboard version, if relevant:
- Plugin runner version, for issues related to plugin runners:
- LuaRocks version, for installation issues (run `luarocks --version`):

I feel like the root cause is not log. Actually, I have similar symptom the memory is increasing until OOM.
In my case, most of contents were request body info when I dump the memory.

There is no issue when I remove APISIX, using openresty only in the same environment. I think should be the issue somewhere within APISIX modules, still not found yet due to all the systemtap tool doesn't work for latest version.
