[PR] test(metrics): pin the metric query payload [rocketmq-dashboard]

   ### What
   
   MetricDataVO is the payload the metrics tab renders. It had no test. This pins: the result type, the labelled series and the warnings round-trip, and a fresh payload carries null fields rather than empty collections (the two mean different things on the wire).
   
   ### Verification
   
   - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean.
   - Regression only (Lombok payload).
   - Restored: green. Test-only change; no product code touched.
