We recently voted on Apache CloudStack CloudMonkey and I'm trying to move the artifacts to the release location but svn is failing for me:

$svn mv --force -m "Publishing 5.2.0 release" https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/cloudstack/cloudmonkey-5.2.0/ https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/cloudstack/releases/

svn: E175013: Access to '/repos/dist/!svn/rvr/6274/dev/cloudstack/cloudmonkey-5.2.0' forbidden

Can you please check if it's an issue with SVN or fix permission for me (I'm a committer with Apache CloudStack) to allow me to publish/move the artifacts?
