[DISCUSS] Prepare 2.6 Release Candidate?

Hi dev@any23,
I was planning on rolling an RC for 2.6.
Any thoughts?

I went ahead and cleaned up JIRA
https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/ANY23/versions/12350556
45 issues resolved in 2.6 development drive. Most of them dependency related.
Maybe towards the weekend I'll roll the 2.6 release candidate.
