xerces-c - Which compiler on AIX?

Hi,

I want to use Xerces on AIX, but the compiler name is
confusing me. The readme states that xlC 3.1 is used, but
IBM New Zealand does not know of a compiler by that name.
Trawling ibm.com shows 2 compilers which are current for AIX:

IBM C for AIX
VisualAge C++ Professional for AIX Version 4.0

Can anyone tell me which one of these 'xlC 3.1' is?
