Create a slack channel

Hello StreamPark Community In view of the fact that StreamPark currently
has many Chinese users, I will create two channels in Slack, one channel to
support Chinese users, and one channel for international communication. I
would like to ask for your opinions.

Best regards,
Cancai Cai

hi Cancai:

I am delighted to see this proposal. The Slack channel suggests initiating
discussions and communication within the community, and requires conducting
a vote. It is essential to understand the standards and requirements of the
ASF Foundation for creating these communication channels. When creating a
Slack channel, what issues should be considered and are there corresponding
legal policies from ASF? 🤔

Best,
Huajie Wang
