   #### Repro steps:
   * run `./gradlew clean build`
   * local directory gets created: `spark/spark-warehouse/`
   * re-run `./gradlew clean build`
   * 3 `TestSparkTableUtil` tests fail viz. `testImportPartitionedTable`, `testImportUnpartitionedTable`, and  `testImportAsHiveTable`
   
   #### Root cause:
   `org.apache.spark.sql.AnalysisException: Can not create the managed table('`...`'). The associated location('...') already exists.;`
   
   I am new to the project. If there are no objections may I submit a PR to mitigate this ?
