Need to connect the plugin system and the current SQL engine together.
The aspects should be covered:
# Implement gateway node
# Handle for the node should be added to RelImplementor, FragmentMapping and other visitors
# Rules provided by plugin should be injected into the planner
# Implement SchemaUpdateListener
