The undocumented max_block_mgr_memory query option will be replaced with a new query option (probably buffer_pool_limit, but TBD). max_block_mgr_memory doesn't show up in the docs output but there is a .xml file in the docs/ directory.

We should update the docs to reflect this change.

It may be worth documenting buffer_pool_limit, but only as a very advanced option that may be removed or have it's behaviour changed.
