rsvndump - incrementals?

Does anyone know if it is possible to do incremental updates with
rsvndump (http://freshmeat.net/projects/rsvndump) and if not, if there
are any similar tools that would? I'd like to maintain a backup of an
offsite repository using client-only access, and it looks like rsvndump
will do that, but it does a complete copy on each run.

Have you taken a look at svnsync, which is part of the SVN package?

http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.5/svn.reposadmin.maint.html#svn.reposadmin.
maint.tk.svnsync

It's incremental, and doesn't require direct access to the repository DB for
either the repository being copied from or copied to.
