KEYS file

Hi,

While reviewing the RC4 I looked at the KEYS file at https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/weex/KEYS

While it does contain the key used to sign the release, the text of the file would indicate that it is for Apache Gearpump.

This should be fixed at some point.

Fixed.
This file is based on Gearpump's version. This is awkward...
