* Don't use Filter (to be removed)
* Do use TwoPhaseIterator, not PostFilter
* Don't pre-compute matching docs (wasteful)
* Support more fields, and more field types
* Faster hash on Strings (avoid Char conversion)
* Stronger hash when using multiple fields
