[jira] [Created] (CAMEL-5759) AutoStartup=false on CamelContext
should let the state of CamelContext be stopped
Claus Ibsen created CAMEL-5759:
----------------------------------
Summary: AutoStartup=false on CamelContext should let the state of CamelContext be stopped
Key: CAMEL-5759
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-5759
Project: Camel
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: camel-core
Reporter: Claus Ibsen
Fix For: 3.0.0
See nabble
http://camel.465427.n5.nabble.com/Camel-context-autostartup-tp5721638.html
Currently the autoStartup=false on CamelContext is for not starting up routes only. The state of CamelContext will be enlisted as started still. We should consider allowing users to not start Camel, but just bootstrap sufficient of it, so it can be started later, eg from JMX / OSGi etc.
