[I] Auto-Refresh Assets After Adding Newly Created Resources
tenthe opened a new issue, #4380:
URL: https://github.com/apache/streampipes/issues/4380
### Body
In #4359, automatic reloading of assets was introduced when configuration changes occur. However, there is still a gap in behavior when users create a new resource and immediately assign it to an asset.
In such cases, the resource overview does not update automatically, and users are required to manually refresh to see the changes. This leads to an inconsistent user experience compared to other configuration updates.
This issue should be resolved so that assets are automatically refreshed when newly created resources are added. The fix should cover the following resource types:
* Adapters
* Pipelines
* Charts
* Dashboards
