Simple XML Validator

I have completed the first version of this program as promised on the lists
earlier. I will be releasing it shortly after I have cleaned up the
interface and fixed up the command line processing code. I am considering
enhancing the utility with the use of some GPL code before release. One
question before I do so: are the Apache License and the GPL compatible? If
not I will probably have to find another way of incorporating the
functionality I seek.
