Harmattan fixes pull request

I have sumbitted (and merged already) pull request with various harmattan fixes 
https://github.com/cordova/cordova-qt/pull/11 . 
* Full screen added
* Top margin from qml removed
* Application is boostable now
* Application is boostable now
* Application now looks and runs correctly from launcher
