Unless there is a dedicated location for Geode extensions (?) i propose to harbor the GeodeAmbariPlugin project as top level project in the incubator-geode project umbrella using the name 'geode-ambari-plugin'. 

 Note that the GeodeAmbariPlugin is agnostic of the Goede versions but depends on the Ambari releases. As such in a long run the releases the plugin might not necessarily have to align with the Geode release cycle.
