Xalan-Java Version 2.7.2 not on Central

Hi All,

Any reason why this version of Xalan-Java is not available in the central
maven repo?

There were some issues in staging that release to the Apache nexus
instance. One of the Xalan team members is following up with Apache infra
to resolve the issue.
