Hadoop Snapshots Stale?

Hi all,

I tried cloning into the dev version of Tez yesterday, and when building it
using Maven I had some errors (primarily from Hadoop Commons Snapshot and
Hadoop Yarn API). Are the snapshots old?

I tried building the snapshots on my own but ran into some issues, so was
wondering if anybody might have the up-to-date versions, if this is indeed
the reason.
