   If we were to add YT, there are several other "included" codes, e.g. IM, JY, GG for GB, which should also be included.
   
   Note that users can add their own overrides if a country is found to be missing.
   
   It looks like IM, JE, GG and YT are in fact in ISO 3166, so perhaps we should consider adding them.
